Who runs the observatory

STAROT is made and sold by José Miguel Ferraz Guedes, a self-employed individual in Portugal (NIF 208497595), Rua do Cerro 1159, 4405-736 Madalena, Vila Nova de Gaia. Write to miguelferrazguedes@mail.grokbot.com — a real person answers.

What is free, and what is sold

Using the designs

The star poster and the tattoo designs you download are yours to use personally: print them, frame them, share them, tattoo them. Please don't resell the designs or offer them as a service. Your tattoo artist may adapt the line art to your skin and the size you choose; STAROT isn't responsible for how a tattoo is done.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or wallet details go to Stripe directly and never reach this site. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Delivery, and the right of withdrawal

The tattoo flash is digital content delivered immediately: it opens the moment payment completes, and the page’s address becomes its own link, so you can bookmark it and reopen it on any device.

EU law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered at once, that right ends when delivery begins — but only with your agreement. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want the designs delivered immediately and that you understand you then lose the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

If something goes wrong — your designs will not open, you were charged twice, the chart was cast for the wrong place — write to miguelferrazguedes@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days with the email on your receipt. We will fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.

What the readings are

The planetary positions are computed carefully and are accurate to a fraction of a degree. The meanings given to them are a tradition, not a science. STAROT is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not stand in for any of those.

Complaints

Please write to us first. You can also use the Portuguese Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. For disputes you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity: CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto, Rua Damião de Góis 31, Loja 6, 4050-225 Porto — or the CNIACC, the national consumer arbitration centre.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, the consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.
